Did your farm struggle with a specific plant disease last year, and you want to make sure your seasonal crew knows exactly how to detect it, manage it, and prevent it?
We offer custom trainings tailored to your farm, and develop protocols specific to your farm’s conditions.
Site Visits
We offer site visits to diagnose plant diseases and insect problems on site, and coordinate with diagnostic labs when necessary. This service is especially helpful for diversified growers who have complex growing systems, multiple crops and varieties with issues, and want to receive answers as soon as possible.
Sick Plants will provide in depth consultation, offer diagnostic coordination with local diagnostic labs if needed, and provide follow-up written documentation (pest management reports or similar) that includes management recommendations to address and improve the problem.

How It Works

Sessions are offered in 30- and 60-minute increments to discuss your plant questions. 30-minute calls can accommodate questions on 1-3 plants, and 60-minute calls can accommodate 3-5 plants.
Upon purchase, you will be sent a scheduling link to select a date and time that works for you. Calls will take place over Google Meet.

To help streamline the video consultation, you’ll complete a questionnaire that will ask for more details about your plant problems.

Make sure to take the call from a location that is close to your plant so we can visually see the symptoms, habitat setup, lighting conditions, etc.

You’ll receive a summary of our call, which will include diagnosis (if applicable) and specific management recommendations.
